3PL Scholarship- The Extensive Supply Chain Scholarship is intended to give aspiring logistics and supply chain professionals financial support during their educational journey. It also inspires innovative ideas for the supply chain and warehousing industry. Read the requirements below to see if you qualify to earn a $2500 scholarship for the 2025 Spring—deadline Spring 2025.
 
   
AAFCS Scholarship- The American Association of Family & Consumer Sciences (AAFCS) awards undergraduate scholarships to individuals who have exhibited the potential to make contributions to the family and consumer sciences profession. Individuals who receive an undergraduate scholarship will receive financial support for the study of family and consumer sciences and a commemorative certificate. The name of the recipient will be reported in AAFCS print and online communications. Recipients of the scholarship will receive support toward one year of AAFCS membership and participation in the AAFCS Annual Conference, where the scholarship award will be presented. Deadline January 12, 2026.
 
American Savings Foundation- American Savings Foundation Scholarships are awarded primarily based on financial need and the potential impact of a scholarship award. Consideration is also given to academic records, community involvement, and other indications of a strong desire to achieve goals through education. Awards are renewable for up to 5 academic years. Application closes March 31, 2026.
 
American Heart Challenge- Must be a current high school junior or senior, demonstrate leadership skills at your school’s American Heart Challenge program, have a passion for impacting the health of your community, and have a letter of support from your American Heart Challenge school advisor/teacher. Deadline May 29, 2026.
 
BBB Student Ethics Scholarship -The BBB Student Ethics Scholarship recognizes college-bound high-school students who personify high ethics demonstrated through leadership, community service, overall integrity, and academic standing. To be eligible for this scholarship, students must apply during their senior year of high school. The winner will receive a $2,500 scholarship to an accredited college or university of his or her choice. The applicant must be a resident of Connecticut. Deadline is March 20, 2026. 
 
Big Future Scholarship-Scholarships for $500 and $40,000 are awarded monthly until February of your senior year. Completing any step enters you in the drawings on the first day of every month. Drawings occur on the first day of every month. ​Class of 2027 Deadline to Complete this Step: Friday, October 31, 2026.

Burger King Foundation- Scholarships range from $1,000 to $60,000 and are intended to offset the cost of attending college or post-secondary vocational/technical school. Recipients are selected through an application process that takes into consideration their grade point average (GPA), work experience, extracurricular activities, community service, and financial need. The application period for the 2026-2027 cycle opens on October 15th, 2025, and will be open until we receive 30,000 applications or until December 15th, 2025.
 
Celtic Scholars Scholarship- To be eligible for the Celtic Scholars Scholarship, applicants must: be a resident of Connecticut; be of Irish descent; be 17-22 years of age (high school senior or college undergraduate); have availability to attend the Parade Mass; and have availability to participate in the Greater Hartford St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The completed application, two essays that address the questions (see application), and two completed recommendation forms must be postmarked or emailed to the scholarship provider. Deadline January 2, 2027. 
 
CHESLA Scholarship- To apply for this scholarship, an applicant must: Be a resident of the State of Connecticut. Be an undergraduate student enrolled at least half-time for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. Be enrolled and attending an eligible Connecticut state or non-profit, degree-granting institution of higher education in the 2025-2026 academic year. Be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant per the student’s most recent FAFSA submission in 2025-2026. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale). Application opens on March 1, 2026.
 
Charter Oak Scholarship Program- Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that we will be accepting scholarship applications starting on January 2nd. Applications can be found on the website at https://charteroak.org/community-giving/scholarship-program/ , and you can expect to receive a copy of the scholarship packet via mail within the next week or so. They plan to award at least one $2,000 scholarship to one eligible student from each qualified high school in New London and Windham counties, so this is a really good opportunity for students! Scholarship opens January 2, 2026, and ends March 18th, 2026.
 
Connecticut Community Foundation- Over the years, our big-hearted donors have recognized the importance of a college education in helping residents of our region succeed in life. More than 160 donors have created funds that make it possible each year for the Connecticut Community Foundation to award college scholarships to hundreds of students. See the website for multiple scholarship categories. First-time applications are due by February 17, 2026.
 
 
Connecticut Building Congress Scholarship- The Connecticut Building Congress Scholarship Fund offers scholarships to graduating Connecticut high school students entering college-level programs in architecture, construction-related engineering, construction management, surveying, planning, or other courses of study leading to associate, baccalaureate, or master's degrees in the construction field. In the recent past, scholarships have ranged from $2,500 to $4,000 per year, renewable for up to 5 years. Scholarship recipients and up to two family members will be invited to attend the CBC annual Project Team and Scholarship Awards Banquet as our guests, to be held in the Hartford/New Haven area, typically held in June, where they will be publicly recognized. Deadline March 1, 2026. 
 
 
 
Connecticut JCI Senate- The Connecticut JCI Senate awards two $500 scholarships to CT high school seniors who plan to attend an accredited post-secondary college or university and submit both to the U.S. JCI Senate Foundation for consideration for the $1,500 awards. The Connecticut JCI Senate awards one $500 scholarship to CT high school seniors who plan to attend an accredited vocational or industrial school and submit to the U.S. JCI Senate Foundation for consideration for the $1,000 award. Deadline January 12, 2026.
 
 
Community Impact Scholarship- Demonstrate active involvement in community service, exhibit strong leadership qualities, have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher, and be an undergraduate student at an accredited college or university. We are not accepting applications from incoming or current graduate students at this time. Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States and be at least 18 years of age when you submit your application. Deadline for Scholarship: February 4, 2026. Award Amount $2,500.
 
 
Connecticut Nurserymen's Foundation is an industry-sponsored endowment providing funds for scholarship and research in Connecticut. CT Nurseryman’s Foundation Scholarships for part-time horticulture students, training programs/certification courses in the field of horticulture. The applicant must work for a CNLA member firm. Students must pay for the course ahead of time and will be reimbursed in full upon passing the course. This applies to university courses, certification courses, training courses, etc. CNF intends to be very flexible to help as many students as possible become a part of our wonderful industry. Students are required to report to CNF about their educational experience via a brief essay, a speech at the CNLA Winter/Summer meeting, or a video. Students are not required to show financial need to be eligible.  Courses at the CNLA Winter and Summer Meetings are exempt from this funding. The course must be approved by the CNF office at least 2 weeks before the class starts.

Dennis Malone Scholarship Fund-Dennis Malone was a past president of the Connecticut Parks Association and founder of the scholarship program. The scholarship serves to perpetuate his memory by providing financial support to future professionals who display potential for this profession. The awards are open to applicants who are high school graduating seniors planning to attend an accredited two or four-year college and pursue a career in park management, forestry, horticulture, agronomy, or a closely related field. Scholarships may be awarded up to $1,200, depending on the number of recipients. Selection for the awards is based on financial need, academic achievement, and involvement in activities related to the intended course of study. Application available January 15 and closes April 15, 2026.

Eileen Kraus Scholarship-Eligible Applicants must be: Female students currently residing in Connecticut (legal resident); Recent high school graduates or in the final year of secondary school; Intending to enroll in her first year of college or university (current university/college students not eligible); and able to attend the Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Hartford, CT for recognition in October. Applicants must submit a 1,000-word essay and a High School Transcript. Deadline May 6, 2026.
 
 
Environmental Professionals Organization of CT- EPOC recognizes its duty to assist in the education of individuals planning a career in the environmental industry. Consequently, the EPOC Environmental Scholarship Fund was established in 1998. The purpose of the Scholarship Fund is to assist Connecticut residents, or an immediate family member (spouse or child) of an EPOC Member in good standing, who are enrolled in accepted programs of study (see below) preparing the student to become a Technical Environmental Professional* in the State of Connecticut as defined by the CT DEEP, or a professional in a related service discipline who may render technical assistance to the Technical Environmental Professional. Application deadline is April 30, 2026
 
 
Foundation For Faces of Children- Applicants must have been born with a craniofacial difference,  must reside in New England (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI or), must be a high school graduate or an enrolled student in the distribution year, must show evidence of character, determination to complete academic program, academic achievement, and involvement in extracurricular activities. Not open to current board members or board members who have served in the past five years or their family members. All applications MUST BE submitted by midnight on March 1 of the year in which they are being awarded and will be kept confidential. Applicants may apply multiple times, but will be awarded a scholarship only ONCE. Deadline March 1, 2026.
 
 
GE-Reagan Foundation scholarship program- Earn a college scholarship and become part of Reagan Education’s network of exceptional students and young professionals who share a common desire to lead, serve, and have a positive impact on their communities. The GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program offers college scholarships of up to $40,000 for high school seniors nationwide who showcase leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship. It is easy to apply and will change students’ lives. January 5, 2026
 
 
Glenn Moon Scholarship-Are you interested in a career in education? For the 47th consecutive year, we are offering financial help to qualified high school seniors who are pursuing a teaching degree. Any Connecticut resident who will be a 2026 graduate of a secondary school in Connecticut is eligible to apply, provided he/she is committed to entering the field of education. Interested? Deadline is March 31, 2026.
 
Hagan Scholarship- Must attend a public, private, charter, magnet, or STEM high school located in the United States, be fluent in the English language, must be in the high school graduating class, must have achieved a 3.50 Cumulative Grade Point Average, must enroll in an eligible four-year or higher College or University the first fall semester following high school graduation. The Hagan Scholarship cannot be used to attend a community college, junior college, or online institution. Must maintain a four-year or less graduation schedule in college, or complete the equivalent of a four-year degree if in a professional program, and must work 240 hours from January 1, 2025, until September 1, 2025.  Work must be regularly scheduled employment performed under supervision for compensation. Employment can be full-time, part-time, or a combination of the two. Applicant’s Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for 2023 Federal Income Tax Purposes must not have exceeded $100,000. “Household Income” is defined as the total income received by all members of a household living under the same roof. Applicants selected as Finalists must provide the first two pages of their FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) showing their Student Aid Index (SAI), must apply for Federal and State grants if eligible, and must not have a felony conviction. Deadline is May 1, 2026.
 
 
Justin Wisniewski Firefighters Scholarship- will be an educational scholarship to benefit firefighters' families. The Fund will support at least two $500 firefighter scholarships. To be eligible to apply for the Scholarship, you must be either:  a Firefighter, or the spouse, child, sibling, or grandchild of a firefighter. Scholarship A will be awarded to an eligible applicant from the Southington Fire Department.  Scholarship B will be awarded to an eligible applicant from any Fire Department in Connecticut. The basis of the scholarship is defined by volunteerism. Because of the nature of Justin's life, everything was volunteering, whether it was for the Fire Department, the Lions Club, the Boy Scouts, the Church, or helping his friends and family. This is a rare trait and needs to be acknowledged. Must be postmarked by March 15, 2026.
 
 
 

Joe Lieberman CT Scholarship Program- U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman (1942-2024) served Connecticut for over forty years in both Hartford and Washington, DC. Upon retirement from the US Senate in 2013, he established the Joe Lieberman Connecticut Scholarship Fund to assist outstanding high school seniors from Connecticut who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Generous donations to the fund support the renewable scholarships, which are awarded for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice. Deadline is April 6, 2026.

Milton Fisher Scholarship- This scholarship is not a traditional scholarship focused on rewarding academic achievement and financial need. Its specific goal is to reward and encourage innovative and creative problem-solving. The scholarship aims to honor students who excel as creative problem-solvers and to help make their higher education goals more accessible. Application deadline May 15, 2026.
 
 
McDonald’s Hacer National Scholarship -Requirements high school senior, a legal U.S. resident, are younger than 21 years old, carry a minimum 2.8 GPA,  are eligible to attend a two- or four-year college or University with a full-time course of study, you’ll disclose other scholarship programs that you’ve applied for, you’ll enroll and attend an accredited institution in the academic year after your selection (verification needed, as scholarship funds are paid directly to the schools), and you have at least one parent of Hispanic heritage—deadline February 17, 2026.
 
 
The Northeast CT Education Foundation- The NCEF’s mission is to serve residents of Northeast Connecticut. Scholarship applicants MUST be residents of Northeast CT, and  CT State Quinebaug Valley. MUST be their home college. Scholarship applications and all supporting documents are accepted between February 1 and noon on March 21, 2025. 
 
 
Princeton Prize in Race Relations (PPRR) -  recipients receive an award of $1,000 and are invited to participate in a Symposium on Race. During the symposium, recipients will have the opportunity to meet and learn from other Princeton Prize recipients from across the country and to speak with others engaged in racial justice work and scholarship. Prize recipients and Certificate of Accomplishment recipients are also recognized at ceremonies in their home regions by local Princeton alumni. Applications run from mid-November until the due date of January 15, 2026. 
 
The Roberta B. Willis Need-Merit Scholarship - This is a Program is a state-funded initiative designed to support high-achieving, college-bound Connecticut high school students. Eligible students may receive up to $5,250 per year for full-time enrollment in a four-year program or $4,650 per year for full-time enrollment in a two-year program for FY-26 (AY 2025-2026). Awards are renewable for up to six consecutive years, covering associate or bachelor’s degree programs. Must have FAFSA submitted by February 15th. 
 
 
Student Ethics Scholarship - Entries for the BBB's Student Ethics Scholarship Award will be reviewed by the Selection Committee, comprised of business leaders and members of the academic community. Judges will select the scholarship recipients based on their leadership, contributions to their communities and schools, personal integrity, academic accomplishments, and written essays. The decisions of the judges are final. Deadline March 20, 2026.
 
 
The Dream National Scholarship- The following are the requirements for the 2026-2027 Round: Applications are open to undocumented immigrant students with or without DACA or TPS who came to the U.S. before the age of 16 and before Nov. 1, 2020. The National Scholarship Award will cover your tuition and fees at one of our Partner Colleges up to a maximum of $33,000 for a bachelor’s degree. Some Scholars may receive an additional stipend for books, supplies, and transportation for up to $6,000. While we consider your GPA, we place great emphasis on your dedication to community service and your commitment to academic and career success, despite the daily barriers and challenges that undocumented students face. Scholarship opens November 1, 2025, & Closes February 28, 2026. 
 
 
The Federated Garden Clubs of CT INC.-Eligible students must be entering their junior or senior year or be graduate students in any certified college or university, be legal residents of Connecticut (have a Connecticut Drivers License and/or be registered to vote here) and be majoring in one of the following fields:  Agronomy, Botany, City Planning, Conservation, Environmental Studies, Floriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Land Management, Landscape Design, Plant Pathology, or allied subject.  They must have a grade point average of at least 3.0 and demonstrate financial need. PhD candidates are not eligible. The deadline for applying for this scholarship is July 1st each year. 
 
 
The Material Handling Education Foundation-Undergraduate students pursuing a material handling, logistics, or supply chain career enrolled full-time at a qualified college or university in a target program (see list above). Undergraduate students may be classified as freshmen, sophomores, juniors, or seniors for the Fall 2026 term to be eligible. Enrolled at any non-profit college or university in the United States accredited by the Council for Higher Education. All applicants must be full-time students with a “B” grade point average or above in their major. Applicants must be enrolled in school for the entire academic year (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027) without interruption, barring illness, emergency, or military service. Scholarship awards cannot be used for study abroad programs/semesters, or summer school. The deadline is January 31, 2026.
 
 
 
The Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program- The Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program awards more than $200,000 in assistance every year to college-bound students around the globe. Scholarships are awarded based solely on 550-word essays expressing applicants’ academic and professional goals and how their personal experiences will help them to accomplish those goals. Deadline January 15th. 
 
 
The "No Sweat Scholarship- The Cirkled In Scholarship is broken down into two steps. First, create an account. Second, access your Cirkled In portfolio to start collecting points. The No Sweat Scholarship is based on a point system. The more points you earn, the better your chance of being selected. Earn points by completing your portfolio and inviting your friends and teachers. 
 
 
 
The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund- A scholarship for permanent residents of New England states, with financial need, who display academic achievement, a commitment to serving others, a strong work ethic, and leadership qualities. Application deadline April 2, 2026. 
 
 
 
Sallie Mae CT Scholarship- Connecticut scholarships are financial aid for college created specifically for students living in Connecticut or looking to go to school in Connecticut. Connecticut scholarships ($2,000) can help students attain higher education opportunities that otherwise may be out of reach due to financial reasons. All scholarships are free money for college that you don’t have to pay back. The deadline ends last day of each month.

You wrapped up your junior year, and the school year you've been waiting for has FINALLY arrived. You're now the leaders of your high school senior class of 2026! Shari Simon Greenberg Community Scholarship- The Shari Simon Greenberg Community Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who show academic promise. You must live near a Simon mall (Locations near Auburn, MA, Burlington, MA)or in a surrounding community, be a legal U.S. resident, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. The Peck Law Group $1000 Elder Abuse and Neglect Scholarship with Social Media ChallengeVideos are a terrific way to display information about elder abuse and neglect as they are interesting, easy to watch, and easily shareable. Your submitted elder abuse video and article may inform thousands of Americans of the signs and symptoms of abuse, and can land you a $1000 scholarship if we choose your video! Washington Crossing Foundation National Scholarship-The Washington Crossing Foundation National Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are pursuing careers of service to the United States in local, state, or federal government. To be considered, you must submit a 300-word essay stating why you chose a career in government service, including any inspiration derived from the leadership of George Washington in his famous crossing of the Delaware. 30 awards up to $5,000. Deadline January 15, 2026.
