The Thompson Public Library/Community Center is a 20,400 square foot facility. The collection consists of about 55,000 items — books, books on CD, DVDs & videotapes, music CDs, 90+ magazine & newspaper subscriptions, and access to various online resources.
Thompson RecreationThe Thompson Recreation Department hosts a plethora of recreational offerings for both children and adults in the town, including (but not limited to): Community Day, summer Adventure Camp, senior activities, bus trips, and sports. The ultimate goal of the organization is “to enhance, promote, and support quality recreation facilities and opportunities for all residents of the community”.
